Creating Person Statuses

  1. From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the Home tab > Setup and Policy > Setup.
  2. In the Training Management section, click Person Status.
    Result: The Person Statuses list window is displayed.
  3. Click Action > Add.
    Result: The Person Status entry window is displayed.
  4. Enter the name of the new status.
  5. Click the drop down button and select the primary status, the status that the new status will be based on.

NOTE: Primary statuses are internally coded and cannot be edited.

  1. Click the Save button.
    Result: The new person status has been added and the Person Statuses list window is displayed.
